"Goods" refers to the blinds, fabric or other products manufactured or supplied by Australian Quality Blinds Online
 "You" refers to the buyer of the goods
 "We" refers to Australian Quality Blinds Online registered Australian Business
"AQBO" refers to the abreviated company name, Australian Quality Blinds Online

1. Legal Contract

The purchase of goods on the AQBO website is a legally binding contract of sale. Once AQBO has received payment in full, you will receive an order acknowledgement via email to your supplied email address. The contract is only valid in Australia as AQBO only operates in Australia.

2. Prices & Costs

The Prices shown on the AQBO website are inclusive of Delivery Fees, Packaging Fees, and Goods and Services Tax (GST). All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

3. Order Cancellations & Amendments

3.1 AQBO manufacture products to precise custom measurements provided by you, and partakes to fulfill orders very rapidly. For this reason, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except in the instance noted in 3.2.

3.2 Should AQBO be unable to fulfill the order for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible. You reserve the right to cancel your order if: AQBO have insufficient stock or material to deliver your Goods on time within a 15 working day period, or whether you require delivery outside of Australia. In the event of order cancellation, you will be notified and a full refund will be creditted to your selected Bank Account. No additional compensation will be received if a cancellation occurs.

4. Stock Shortages

If the Goods or necessary fabric required to complete your order are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will offer you alternatives to your order, or the option of cancellation (with a full refund).

5. Product Catalog and Information

All information and media (such as images, videos, etc) pertaining to products offered by AQBO are provided for illustrative purposes only. We try as best as possible for our color swatches to be as close as possible to reality, but cannot guarantee the exact same color. If you would like colour fabric samples mailed out to you, please contact us or order free samples of our products. We will try to make the goods match the product description precisely as on our website.

All our blinds are custom made based on the measurements you provide. AQBO take no responsibility for incorrect measurements taken on your behalf. We stongly recommend the Measuring and Installation guides be read by you, in order to get a better understanding of how to measure and install. There is no return of goods or refunds in the event you measurements are incorrect. AQBO take no responsibility if the measurements you provide are taken from house plans. This is because the completed physical window may often have several millimetre differences than on plans.

AQBO reserve the right to modify or change the product range offered at any time, without notice.

6. Delivery of Goods & Products

As soon as your order is complete, AQBO will contact you (via Email, Phone, or other) to organize a delivery date. The goods are delivered to the address you provided upon making the order. If you wish to change this address, it must be changed via email confirmation specifically describing order number and new address. We dispatch your goods via trusted freight couriers determined by Us. Once the pickup of the goods has been organized, you will be notified of the consignment number. The couriers should never have permission to leave the goods without a signature of receival. Deliveries are only between Monday and Friday, between 9am to 5pm. AQBO take no responsibility for the delay or service caused by the freight courier company. AQBO take no responsibility for the state in which the goods arrive in. We strongly recommmend you to purchase optional freight insurance to ensure you goods are covered in the event that the products are damaged during delivery or lost during delivery.

7. Faulty Goods

AQBO offer a 1 year warranty on the track-work and componentry of our Vertical and Roller Blinds. We offer a 5 year warranty on the quality of our fabrics offered (covering defects such as fading and curling), and a 10 year warranty on the Aluminium rail of Vertical blind tracks.For more warranty information, please refer to our Warranty Section. Any warranty claims will require the goods to be returned to AQBO for inspection, prior to the repair or re-making of the goods. Non of our goods or products are water resistant, and should not be installed in highly moist areas - Our warranty does not cover rusting if products are installed in highly damp areas, or where in direct contact with steam or water.

8. Uncontrollable Circumstances

AQBO take no liability for the failure of delivery of goods. The delivery of goods it undertaken by a freight company, which take full responsibility of the delivery, and the state the products are in upon delivery. Any loss or delay of goods are circumstances beyond the control of AQBO. These circumstances also include the chance of: Indutrial Disputes, Flood, Fire, Environmental or Human-Caused Accident.

9. Privacy

AQBO have no interest in disclosing your personal information to third parties. We may liaise with external partners to perform services on bahalf of AQBO in order to perform product research, transaction processing, and improving the customer experience. Under such situations, these companies will have access to only those personal data required for the task. They will never be authoried to sell or exploit your details for other purposes.

10. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

AQBO strive to create a high quality and durable product for you. If upon inspection of your ordered goods (a period of 7 days from time of delivery), you notice missing pieces or incomplete parts of the order, you must inform us immediately. AQBO will replace or send you the missing parts as soon as possible. We will only be able to offer refunds in the event if we are unable to exchange them.

AQBO will not be responsible for any installation charges that You incur, if you decide to have blinds installed via a separate business, trader or entity. We do not offer installation services.
