Where do our blinds come from?
All our products are 100% made in our Brisbane based factory. We manufacture our blinds using the latest technology and the most durable blinds componentry available. For this reason, our blinds usually last for well over a decade if properly taken care of and maintained.
What is the Warranty of our products?
We offer a 10 year warranty for track rails, 5 year warranty on all fabric, and 1 year warranty on movable operating track componentry. For more information, please see our product warranty section.
How long do orders take?
We aim to dispatch blinds very quickly to you once an order is placed. All orders are made and dispatched between 5-7 working days, meaning instead of waiting 3-5 weeks for your blinds, you get them practically in the same week of ordering them (at no extra cost!).
Can I make changes to my Order?
As we manufacture orders very quickly, it may often be too late to amend changes made to orders. If you must make changes to orders, please contact us immediately.
What happens if I make a mistake?
We try to provide as much information as possible to help you measure, order, and install yourself so that you save money. Because all of our blinds are made-to-measure we unfortunately cannot make accept any returns or offer any refunds.
Can I have Samples sent to me?
Definately! Sometimes its better to choose the right colour by seeing it physically instead of on a computer screen. We try to match our online colour samples as much as possible to what they really are. If you need samples, please don't hesitate to order selected fabrics from our site.
I have received damaged or incorrect goods
In the unfortunate event that you have received incorrect goods or missing parts, we will re-send them to you immediately at no extra cost. To prevent dissapointment of receiving damaged goods during transit, we strongly encourage the optional delivery warranty to be purchased. We try as much as possible to package the blinds safely for transit, however our Couriers are external to our business operations and we cannot take responsibility for their handling.
