Shipping & Delivery Information

We aim at dispatching your blinds within the fastest possible time frame - usually within 1 week. During peak periods (such as Christmas) or when we experience stock delays, we will notify you as soon as possible with suitable alternatives. When your blinds are made, they are immediately dispatched to you. Delivery time will vary depending on where in Australia they have been sent to. You will receive a consignment reference number to track your order. Over the Christmas break, our factory closes for a pre-determined length of time. These dates are made evident on our website. Delivery Cost

Our delivery and packaging fees are included in the price of the blinds. We do not promote free delivery, nor hide fees in the price of the goods. We follow a flat rate structure of $40 across most areas of NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, and SA. Other parts of Australia maintain a flat rate of $60 or $70 per delivery, and this is dependant on your postcode. See our delivery calculator to determine your delivery charge.

About our Couriers

Our freight couriers are highly trusted and reputable, and always deliver on time. Our orders are dispatched upon factory completion to avoid delays. You will receive a consignment reference number to track your order. Your delivery can be tracked on the freight couriers website. All our orders must be signed for, and couriers will never leave goods alone by themselves without a signature of receival. If you are not present during a delivery, the couriers will leave a note for you to reschedule a new delivery date. Our couriers operate between 9am and 5pm between Mondays and Fridays only. AQBO take no responsibility for delays or losses caused by our freight couriers, as they are separate to our operations and we have no control over the delivery. Dispatch

As soon as your order is complete, AQBO will contact you (via Email, Phone, or other) to organize a delivery date. The goods are delivered to the address you provided upon making the order. If you wish to change this address, it must be changed via email confirmation specifically describing order number and new address. We dispatch your goods via trusted freight couriers determined by Us. Once the pickup of the goods has been organized, you will be notified of the consignment number. The couriers should never have permission to leave the goods without a signature of receival. Deliveries are only between Monday and Friday, between 9am to 5pm. AQBO take no responsibility for the delay or service caused by the freight courier company. AQBO take no responsibility for the state in which the goods arrive in. We strongly recommmend you to purchase optional freight insurance to ensure you goods are covered in the event that the products are damaged during delivery or lost during delivery.

Received an Incorrect Order? or Missing Parts?

Australian Quality Blinds Online strive to create a high quality and durable product for you. If upon inspection of your ordered goods (a period of 7 days from time of delivery), you notice missing pieces or incomplete parts of the order, you must inform us immediately. AQBO will replace or send you the missing parts as soon as possible. We will only be able to offer refunds in the event if we are unable to exchange them or replace them with alternatives.
