We aim to manufacture and have your order ready within the fastest timeframe achievable, given the current market conditions. During peak periods (such as Christmas), or in the event of stock delays, our
turnovers may become delayed. We’ll keep you informed of all expected manufacturing and delivery schedules. As a general outline, orders are ready within 2-3 weeks and shipped immediately after. Freight
duration is determined by a trusted 3rd party delivery service (and usually takes between 2-5 business days, depending on location and state).
Upon dispatch, you will receive a consignment reference number to track your order.
Over the Christmas break, our factory closes for a pre-determined length of time. These dates are made clear on our website. You may always give us a call to confirm.
Our delivery and packaging fees are included in the price of the blinds. We do not promote free delivery, nor hide fees in the price of the goods. We follow a flat rate structure ranging between $35 to $75,
dependaning on your postcode. See our delivery calculator to determine your delivery charge.
Our freight couriers are highly trusted and reputable, and always deliver on time. Our orders are dispatched upon factory completion to avoid delays. You will receive a consignment reference number to track
your order. Your delivery can be tracked on the freight couriers website. All our orders must be signed for, and couriers will never leave goods alone by themselves without a signature of receival. If you are
not present during a delivery, the couriers will leave a note for you to reschedule a new delivery date. Our couriers operate between 9am and 5pm between Mondays and Fridays only.
Australian Quality Blinds Online take no responsibility for delays or losses caused by our freight couriers, as they are separate to our operations and we have no control over the delivery. Please visit the

Returns & Replacements
All blinds ordered on our website are custom-made as per your specifications and dimensions. As they are not a “shelf” item, they cannot be returned or refunded if any measuring mistakes occur, or likewise in
the event of “change of mind” sales. We do however aim to ensure you always receive a high quality product, free from errors or faults. If you do receive goods that are faulty, such as marked fabrics, or
made with manufacturing mistakes, then we will replace these parts as soon as possible for you.
Our online store is designed to make ordering blinds online as easy as possible. We provide you with all the necessary information to help you measure and install your own blinds. If you have any questions

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We believe in a transparent pricing model, in which you (the customer) will see exactly how much a blind costs, and exactly how much any additions cost. Prices are subject to change at any time, given
fluctuating market conditions, however we will always maintain low online prices (free of installation fees) to ensure your saving money with the DIY blinds approach. From time to time we run promotions on
discounted, high volume, or discontinued fabric ranges. Any payments for blinds are to be made using our shopping cart. We offer secure direct payment options as well as Pay Pal.
